Google Bad Review 1: Worst haircut I've ever had. On my birthday, I went to Barnetts to get a simple shoulder length haircut. I asked the hairdresser to do no layers “because I've had a nightmare with some before, and it took me ages to grow them out”, and to not cut any shorter than my chin. So she cuts my hair, and after it's dried, I notice that the front is shorter than the back, in a weird bowl-like shape. I point it out, and she blames it on my “layers”, which I didn't have in my hair anymore!!! I ask her to even out the back to the front, even if it's going to be a bit shorter, I just want it even. So she warns me that will cost a restart, and goes on cutting. Once she's done with one side, I see that she has cut at least 3 centimetres off my hair at the front, effectively making my hair shorter than my chin. I point out that she cut the front locks as well, when I had asked her to even it out. She says “well otherwise the back would have been shorter than the front, that's what I was saying blablabla” 1) WELL OBVIOUSLY if you cut it shorter, it will be shorter 2) I had asked to even out 3) NEVER did she tell me she would have to cut the front hair as well WHEN I ONLY ASK HER TO EVEN OUT THE BACK WITH THE FRONT. She cuts the other side, and at this point I'm done. I pay the £25, and leave. I spent two hours crying because I can't stand to look at myself in a mirror, and the cut itself wasn't even straight, random locks were popping out when I straightened it all to try to make it longer for my birthday party. Never going back there. The hairdresser was either a terrible hairdresser, or a dishonest one, I'll leave Barnetts to say which they'd rather have as staff.

Google Bad Review (2): I just went one time, the “boss” didn't know how to cut and use the scissors properly . I went out with an irregular and ridiculous hair cut and with the bangs too too short !!!! They are not so clean.. When they put wet towels to dry outside, often touch the ground but they don't care about that. And then, they use the towels again on your head!!!! No thank you !! It was the worst experience in my life! I don't really understand this positive reviews or probably.. “I can understand … ”
