Google Bad Review 1: I am not one who would leave a review in any form however ,my experience at barnes at fadden has been the worst. I ordered a double bed for my daughter on 18/02/2019. However till date they make me run from pillar to post only to know when to expect the delivery. I am given vague answers everytime i call. To make things worse they say they do not deliver on weekends or a monday neither can they give a time frame on when the delivery will reach. Bear in mind i am single working mom and i cant afford to take time off work just to sit and wait for my delivery. Every time i call customer services i happen to speak to this most unhelpful and rude person named Daniel Safadden who shows no concern or any sense of customer services. Infact he calls his pathetic customer service a norm of the industry and tells me not to expect my delivery to reach as per my convenience and has got me to pay an extra £35.00 only to arrange a delivery after 4pm. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied by this service and will definitely never recommend this store to anyone unless they wouldnt mind waiting all day for their delivery to arrive and if they wouldn't mind dealing with a rude member of staff everytime they call for queries and pay additional charges over and above the price of normal delivery charge.

Google Bad Review (2): I’m sorry I didn’t ask for help to carry my purchases to the car. I’ve lived in America for quite a while and their customer service is exemplary and I wouldn’t need to ask for help it would have been offered. Perhaps this is something you should think about moving forward. after all, your customer service is the only thing that sets you apart for all the other retailers.
