Google Bad Review (2): AVOIDD – 1 star is too much for this company. If you want your whole wedding experience ruined and to be robbed in daylight then book with this company. They start with being very nice to you on the phone, but as soon as they make the sale and get your money its game over. (They even charge you for selling to you ???) They will continue to tell you what you want to hear on the phone but when it comes to emailing you, it will be completely different, so don’t fall for it. Save yourself from this company, the service is so bad. You would have to chase them 247 to hear back from them. It would take me a week to get a response or a call back on any question I have, you'd think I'm doing them a favour by being a customer. You’d think for a small company, customer service would be number 1 on the list, but its not even on their list. They ruined my whole wedding feeling, especially during COVID, it was hard as it is.
