Google Bad Review 1: I applied for a job at this care home a few months ago and during my interview I explained I had a holiday booked. However to cut the long story short, when I came back from my holiday , I called to find out when I could come in for work and I was told they would get in touch with me but to my surprise, a few days later, I received a letter from the home which clearly said they had removed me from their register and when I called to find out why , the deputy manager said rudely that IT MEANS I CANT RETURN TO WORK which off course I clearly understood what the letter said but what I couldn’t understand is why remove me from the register because I went on holiday which I had already paid for before my interview??? This is very bad practice and it shouldn’t be allowed for management to remove stuff from the register for no good reason. I think training Managers is absolutely vital because this experience really shocked me.
