Google Bad Review 1: Came here to exchange my old paper 5 and 10 pounds banknotes. Wss ushered into a small banking room. Never seen a bank so antiqued and inefficient. 3 uninterested staff working here slowly at their own sweet time. Even need to fill in forms and have your passport photocopied. What a disgrace. The bank in my neighbourhood is more modern than this.

Google Bad Review (2): I think their customer care service was phenomenal and for that they get five stars from me.
Reasons behind giving one star review is that I was a victim of counterfeit money and as I wasn't sure about the note (I'm not an expert) I went to my bank to check – they took it and sent it to BoE. The policy is not to refund you if confirmed counterfeit. What I learned from it, if I suspect (but can't be sure cause I'm not an expert) -NOT TO SEND IT TO BOE cause I loose. I'm not saying that people should do illegal activities but ONLY if I'm positive that it's an counterfeit I will send it but I wouldn't take it in the first place.

Google Good Review: old notes exchanged, they promised me new notes are valid for approx 10-15 years, not a convenient method compared to US dollars or EUR it looks like they never expire 🙂
