Google Bad Review 1: I was asked to come in and register, very unwelcoming on arrival. I had a chat with Charlotte about what sort of work I was looking for etc she seemed very keen to put me forward for a role, and seemed very pushy with this role. On realising the position wasn’t for me I let her know of this, and was told to email with jobs I was interested in when I registered with reference numbers. After telling Charlotte I wasn’t interested in that paticular job I emailed a couple of times with jobs I was interested in and I have never had an email back from Charlotte. Poor service and I would not ever consider using them, start to finish has been awful! Very unprofessional!

Google Bad Review (2): I can’t talk about an agency in general, but my experience with Victoria Brown was very disappointing. After I submitted my CV she contacted me and we set a date for Zoom call, but 20 minutes prior the call she cancelled it via email, with no apology, offering to move it without flexibility on a time and date. I arrange time in my working schedule for first video call and didn’t have an opportunity to accommodate time she requested again, so I offered alternative. She never got back to me. After a week I sent her an email and got rude, unprofessional, sarcastic answer. Not even mentioning that all emails were poorly composed, no greeting and etc.
I don’t understand how person like this can actually be holding a position in recruitment agency.
I am working with another agencies and got two interviews last week, so I am not been frustrated here because I have week CV and can’t get a job. But I believe that things like this need to be addressed. It is not a way to treat candidates.
