Google Good Review: As a person with hypermobility, zero gym experience, and a general dislike of being shouted at, I wanted to be sure I found the right PT. So I met four of them. I settled on Mehdi, and I'm so glad I did. I immediately knew I could trust him to keep my hypermobility in mind: I knew he would know his stuff as a master PT, and he explained in our first meeting that his approach is one of encouragement, rather than testosterone fuelled rage. What I didn't expect, is quite how much fun the sessions would be. Even though exercise doesn't come naturally to me, these sessions are something I look forward to all week. They're relaxed, they're motivational, and you automatically find that you push yourself harder than you thought you could. He happily puts up with my near constant questions – and as someone who's never used a gym before, I have a LOT of questions. How cool to look forward to going to the gym. Never thought I would.
