Google Bad Review 1: The drying up part of the work was satisfactory but the counter top was damaged in removing it and will need to be replaced the reconstruction is minimal other than needing a new countertop however Now we are without a sink cabinets countertop we are stuck and they’re telling us it will be basically months before they can fix it when I tried to work it out with Duane he was completely uncooperative
Duane was also snarky to our insurance adjuster and ticked him off which did not help matters We are NOT HAPPY so we are getting another restoration company out to do an estimate and guess what it won’t be 3 weeks to just come out and do an estimate they are Coming TOMORROW We are using Restoration X instead who Hartford recommended! We do not recommend using advanced water restoration
