Google Bad Review 1: The best thing about this clinic is the reception staff, Dr Trish is a lovely man but he’s not the best chiropractor I’ve seen.
I was told I needed a course of treatment costing around £1500 which needed to be paid upfront. I think I had around 36 appointments in total,some with a masseuse, [these were actually very good ]and about 30 appointments with the chiropractor.
I’ve never been treated alongside other people before and I found this very strange. It didn’t feel very personal and treatment was the same every time I visited. Dr trish used the same adjustments every time I visited which was crazy because surely I should have improved after a few visits? I wish I’d said something at the beginning and got some of my money back as really feel like I’ve wasted a lot of money attending this clinic. Before seeing Dr trish I’d been visiting a clinic in Wales and the experience was so much better. I suffer with a neurological condition so need weekly treatment but I’d rather travel to Wales than waste any more money at this clinic. I can not recommend this clinic which is a shame
