Google Bad Review 1: holburn is a good place, been going for years, been advised to try the dubai store they have not only destroyed my hair, when i complaint in london they have barred me from coming. i have grey hairs which are very resistant but after many tries they have succeeded. but service is good when the old manager murela was there.

Google Bad Review (2): Do not get your hair done by Sergio!!!! He is very unprofessional. Got my hair coloured by him and when I saw it I did not like it. I told him and he got very defensive and angry with me because he said he did “exactly what I asked for” even though it really wasn't. I did not ask him to do it again (he told me he did not have time for me because he was busy) I have never had such an awful experience with a hair dresser. He obviously did not understand what I was asking for and when he was done he clearly did not care whether I liked it or not which is shocking. However, the manager and another hairdresser, Jasmine (I think that was her name) were nice to me and tried to help me. I shouldn't have paid for it. I went to another hair salon to fix my hair. I will not get my hair done here ever again. The service is very poor and the quality is really not that good (considering the high price).
