Google Bad Review: This garage ripped me off. Said my waterpump was broken. Luckily I always get a second opinion and who would have guessed that the actual issue was £235 cheaper. The other mechanic said there was no way of mixing this up with a water pump failure. Came online to check the reviews and it's obvious this place is up to no good. Have a look at the positive reviews they're mostly from new accounts with 1 total reviews. Then read them and you'll be able to conclude that they are fake. Take Mr. Rahman's review for example: ‘Don't take any notice of the one star review you'll see. I saw the same thing and I was hesitant too. But I bit the bullet” – You're telling me someone reads bad reviews, is hesitant, and instead of going to any of the other garages close by you “bite the bullet” and risk it? Look at the negative reviews and you”ll see they are genuine accounts. In my case I don't do reviews, but after experiencing this and seeing the obvious fake reviews I have to warn others. Browse and judge for yourself. Thank you to the others leaving bad reviews and warning people, from now on I will always check reviews before going to a garage.

EDIT – Response to the owners ridiculous response:
1. Why would I publicly post my vehicle's reg when my full name is written here already? Do your fake positive reviews post their license plate number publicly? No.
I will come by personally next week but I am certain you know exactly who I am. I will make sure I also escalate this issue as there must be regulations against this.
2. You're defending yourself by saying you didn't actually do the work that you tried to scam me with??? Why would I get the work done after you have falsely diagnosed it and tried to rip me off as you have done to others.
3. Why would it matter that my review was left at 4AM?

As if trying to scam me wasn't enough. This guy… Logic really doesn't seem to be your strength as one can tell with your obvious fake reviews and with the way you're defending yourself.
