Google Bad Review (2): Really been disappointed by the service and responds I have received so far from Audi Beckenham. Especially as I am a Audi car owner . Like a lot of people my home/family finances changed due to COVID. I called Audi in Beckenham made them aware of my situation and spoke to a gentleman named Ryan in sales. I explained I could no longer afford my payments for my car and would appreciate the chance to swap it for a different model which would lower my monthly cost. I have been completely ignored by Ryan on my multiple attempts to reach him and leave him messages for over 3 months . Even asking to make a complaint to a manager has been fruitless . I feel this is really bad treatment of customers as I could imagine if I was buying a new car my services would have been treated with more urgency.
