Google Bad Review 1: Unprofessional and poor customer service. Initially called in to enquire for a consultation, the process was explained told reception I would consult with my husband and get back to them. The next day my husband called to book consultation, they were quick to take payment without taking any documentation to analyse before giving legal advice (as they stated they would during my conversation with them). During the consultation my husband asked the solicitor if he could email him the documentation as it is difficult to go into depth on the phone solicitor had the audacity to tell him that this would cost extra as it comprises of more time. I asked to reschedule with a solicitor having all my documentations before giving me legal advice they told me they can't do this as I had already started the call which was only 10 minutes and would need to continue with him not to mention that it was difficult to understand the solicitor as he had a strong accent. And if I wanted to reschedule with the solicitor having all my documentation which is what they initially told me how the process goes I would have to pay again! Absolutely Shocking! Would advise to go elsewhere.
