Turns out that this garage did not remove the old joint for the oil when putting a new one on.
So that's €50 we had to pay to correct their mistake.
And also, had to change all of the wipers recently after but I am not sure if this was supposed to be done as part of a full service.
Super annoyed with this place.
Also, I personally believe a lot of the other reviews are fake.
Edit: Right now there is oil leaking from the joint under the car that wasn't there before and is costing us money. The last people to touch it was this garage….
Cost €10.
I went there for a full service which I was quoted £225 for.
When I went to pick it up he tried to argue that I owed £280 something for changing the breaking fluid.
He said that he'd contacted me by phone the day before and we'd had a whole conversation about the breaking fluid and there was no way he was confusing me with someone else and he was 100% sure about it.
Described the conversation even!
We did not have that conversation.
In fact I'd been waiting for him to call to tell me the car was ready, I had to call him.
And I specifically asked if he would contact me before carrying out any additional work that would cost and he said yes.
I asked this specifically because I know how garages operate.
Must have taken me for some kind of a fool because the milage was low on my Prius?
I don't believe he was mistaken about calling me, I believe it was a deliberate trick.
I didn't pay £280, I paid for what I asked for.
He wouldn't accept that we didn't have that conversation even when I invited him to look at the phone log on my phone, which he refused to do.
