Google Bad Review 1: Dr. Beck did a filling for me 5 days ago – I have been on painkillers for 5 days and wake up with a frozen shut jaw every morning. I have had fillings (incl the same tooth) and extractions done in the past with other dentists and have never been in this much pain. When I went in to explain this to him, Dr. Beck very patronisingly said that this is “normal” and part of the “risks” of a numbing injection. Could it have been avoided with a little patience and care? Absolutely. Don't put yourself in the ruthless and reckless hands of this practice. I know I won't be!

Google Bad Review (2): Fine treatment with dentist at Askew dental care -negative : not most sophisticated cure, do not send plan or quote for fairly big procedures – quoted 2500 GBP for a procedure but no paperwork to show what this amount corresponds to. As to hygienist : rude (intimated I don't look after myself ) , forceful : thought I would lose teeth over the check/clean process; she was pulling , grating so hard with her tools. She actually changed shape of teeth . Still so upset and can't go back there. ( I was never anxious of dentist/hygienist appointments, I so am now )

The replacement hygienist for a few months during pandemic was so gentle and efficient and up to date with new techniques. I came out of last appointment in tears 2 weeks ago .
