Google Bad Review: If i was able to give 0 stars i would have, wouldn’t suggest anyone using Ashmore Residential as an estate agent. I have tried to rent a house with them gave all the relevant documents at the end they got back to me with couple issues that has a solution and I could off gave them the relevant documents or answer if they asked me or my partner but they made their own decision without questioning me or asking me and decided to burn my deposit saying i gave them false or misleading information when they didn’t ask me. So how can i give misleading or false information if I am not asked? Chris also has mentioned that from time to time i will be taking my pet when i never said i will be taking my pet to the property don’t know where that came from on the other hand when I called up to speak to Hannah on why they haven’t questioned or ask me for the relevant documents she said she has to end the call as she has another client waiting on the line so am i not your client? So don't bother with them they make there own decision and don't ask for proof of documents, they are just after burning your deposit money saying you gave them false or misleading information. Also another thing i expect which i have seen is Chris to comment under this review with all the issues that was raised which is not confidential enough.
