Google Bad Review 1: 5 star for Petra 0 star for receptionist.
I visited the clinic last Tuesday, for the first time, and was seen by Petra the chiropractioner, she was very professional and overall nice. I booked a follow-up appointment for midday today however received a call from my child's school to say she had injured herself. I immediately rang the clinic this morning to cancel and left a voice message, as the clinic was still closed, apologising for the short notice and explaining the situation and that I will ring back to rebook. I recieved a call back a short time later by a very RUDE receptionist who pretty much shouted down the phone about their 48hours cancellation policy and how “dissapointed Petra was” and how if I was to cancel any subsequent appointment made I will not be welcome back. Fair enough I understand their policy and I myself have worked in a clinic and appreciate the potential loss on the practitioner. However, this was an unforseen circumstance and she had no right to talk to me in the way she did. I have never experienced anything like that before and was completely SHOCKED, as I took the call in my child's school office. This has completely put me off ever going back to Ashlins, how unprofessional. Please advice your receptionist about customer service.

Google Bad Review (2): Went for colonic hydrotherapy…. Worst experience ever the woman was frosty & spiky .. No bedside manner appeared to become angry when I was not relaxing enough… Let's face it.. Its not something that most people would find relaxing…. Handed Me some paper work saying I had some “home work” in a patronising way … Got the impression she was really not bothered if she kept my custom or not… Not really a great advert for Ashlins… If all the therapists have the same interaction style… I'm surprised they will able to stay in business… What a waste of £75 find someone who is friendly, supportive and professional not someone that will make you feel like you killed the kittens just because you didn't relax enough….
