Google Bad Review 1: there is no doctor in walkin centre you are not told this instead there are nurses who don't listen to you they make there own informed decision they have no idea of your medical back ground the whole of the nhs services are in melt down around hounslow surrey borders and frankly the quality of gp is hit and miss you are asked why you can't get a gp appointment they know why yet nothing is being done i was answered if i still feel unwell to come back again what kind of answer is that wrong answer the staff have the wrong attitude for the job don't play doctour you are not

Google Bad Review (2): When I get to reception, the woman tells me they’ve closed early because of the demand in patients. I looked behind me to see about 5 people waiting. Why would a place close an hour early?! She asked me what the problem is, I replied telling her somethings wrong with my knee and it hurts to walk, for her to tell me they open at 8am tomorrow. Great! good for them, but they had plently of time to see me there and then. Won’t be going tomorrow at 8am. I’ll find somewhere else to go.

Google Good Review: Just booked in. The receptionist on duty today wad amazing. So friendly and helpful. Makes me cross that nhs are subject to abuse when they are just doing their job.
