Google Bad Review 1: Unbelievably let down by this company. As a small letting agency we were looking to get a new software to upgrade from our processes we used before.
We paid a lot of money to get the software setup and synced with Xero.
The person who set up the sync clearly didn't listen to how our systems were setup or how the portfolio worked. She set it all up wrong and now I am spending my evenings and weekends trying to put it right.
PLUS – it has completely ruined our Xero too, and so I need to go through all of our book keeping now to correct everything in time for our annual accounts!
I would not recommend this software to anyone, even if the price seems better than other companies

Google Bad Review (2): Support varies by team member to team member. Intercom used to make responses ‘fast' but often replies are useless and non-specific. When you do get a response and start chatting, the follow up message can take 20 mins, and something which should be fast to resolve takes hours.
Lack of information provided by support and in all honesty, having the option to speak directly to the support team would result in better support and faster resolution. Rather than currently waiting 20+ mins for each to get a reply even after a support staff is allocated.
Arthur really has a lot to improve upon – from response time to even the responses from the team. Very vague responses which lack clarity.
Software with some potential, real shame for the poor support and general lack of testing of features which are often released with bugs.
