Google Bad Review 1: Poor quality meat badly cook. They have gone downhill and do not provide the quality that they used to.we wear comeing here very long time but recent visit was very awful food was tasteless .unfortunately won't be going back ever and time to find new place.

Google Bad Review (2): I see some very good reviews on here about this place, and so it makes me even more disappointed to see how we were treated.
My husband made a large group booking for a friend's birthday. But due to unforeseen circumstances plans had to be changed.
He used the online “manage booking” facility, from the email he was sent by the restaurant, to cancel the booking. Yet unfortunately he still received an irrate call from the restaurant on the evening the booking would have been due….I was appalled at the manner in which he was spoken to and the accusations hurled at him. Very unprofessional.
{It appears the restaurant team need to check and understand how their own email/online cancellation software works before accusing customers of standing them up.}
Furthermore, when the restaurant representative realised he was in the wrong there was no apology or reconciliation, only a swift attempt to end the conversation.
This is not an acceptable way to treat customers.
I only hope this was an off day, and that they will improve their customer relations going forward.
For now we will be avoiding this restaurant for all our future bookings.
