Google Bad Review (2): This place is a con, firstly notice how there are only 5 star ratings from accounts that have only ever reviewed once, no business no matter how well established should solely have 5 star ratings! My laptop formatted itself and I was in an area far from home so I needed a nearby shop to help me out, I should mention I myself fully understand computers, I graduated with a First-class honours in Computer Science, and this place completely ripped me off.

Everything was wiped from my laptop (including all drivers) and I was desperate so I went in for help, they took a ridiculous amount of time to do the job, it took almost over a week to get my laptop back and all they did was run a system restore software that didn't even do the job, they told me the other softwares kept failing so they kept trying others, but in the end all they did was download a free system restore software and assuming I was technology ignorant, told me this would cost up to £100 because it's a difficult procedure. I went along with it because I needed important files recovered urgently and didn't have the tools to do it myself. Eventually I got my laptop back, they told me everything was recovered and put into a folder, I later went through this folder and found everything was corrupted, they didn't bother to check if things had successfully recovered, it infuriated me since I had paid £100 for a job that did absolutely nothing for me.

Nevertheless even if anything was recovered, there was no possible way to retrieve the files off my laptop since no drivers existed, they were no help to me whatsoever, their communications were poor and they never got back to me when they said they would, they overcharged me and achieved nothing for me, and nearly took over a week to return my device even though I was originally told 24 hours at max. That's when I started to reread all the reviews and started to see something weren't right, most of these accounts have only ever left 1 review ever, also the grammar is fairly the same for majority, using very similar expressions, my guess is these reviews are mostly fake, I don't believe a small business like this has only ever given 5 star experiances every-single-time.

I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The nerve to call me the liar when I'm the only person to speak-up and give my honest experiance, all you're doing is lying and trying to cover your own backs by making it look like I'm somehow in the wrong here, let's get some fatcs straight.

1) I am a computer expert and I never once indicated or said my laptop formatted itself for no reason, of course I did something and I even told you on the day and by email it was a spillage, I spilt something on it and it caused a format that was out of my control. Also I never once said data recovery was related to drivers, all I said was even if any files where saved, how am I supposed to obtain them off my laptop with no internet, usb or drivers whatsoever?

2) This is a lie from you, it did NOT take 2 workings days for my laptop to get back to me, I even have proof here, it took you 5 working days exactly. The fact you took 5 days and you don't even remember, to then call me a liar is shameful. What kind of business are you? I even said multiple times in my emails of complaint at the time how it took you 5 days, yet you never argued back then that it was 2 days. I also had to chase you up so much that it made me feel like no one was taking my case seriously.

3) Tbh it's irrelevant how I leave my feedback and calling me fake is immature, but for the record it took me so long to leave feedback because I had issues gaining access to my Google account, I noted places I had to review despite visiting some of them over a year ago, and did so once I got my account back.

4) It's true I left my laptop on the 1st, but I got my it back on the 6th. I complained on the 7th and 8th, I have the emails and I'm going to attach them as evidence to stop anymore lies.
