But refuse nhs patients
This problem has already been highlighted in the media
It’s unacceptable greed

Is disgraceful
You can make up all the excuses you want
But that’s all they are is excuses
If you can fit in someone who can afford to pay
Then you can fit someone in on nhs
Simple as that!
And regardless of all of that
how dare you suggest that because someone never received the outcome they wanted
That somehow means your staff was not rude
Your staff was rude to me
And your attitudes were disgraceful
It has nothing to do with outcomes!
I think you response say enough about your character and attitude at that practice
