Google Bad Review 1: Went to the Casa spa today and i was not impressed at all. The place had a huge trash bin filled with trash in front. The place was very dingy with no staff, only the older lady who I assume owns the place worked there, she demanded I pay for the hammam before hand, I have her my card and paid the £65. I was told to put my things in a locker that had to key to lock, there were personal properties which were probably her things stored away around the place. There was even a shoe rack with shoes in the changing room. I was led downstairs to the steam room where it was cold, the steam came thru one part of the slab , 15 mins into the cold/ steamy ish room the steam went off, at the point I hadn't even warmed up then the steam turned itself off. I screamed to get the lady's attention and she was no where to be found. I have to come out stand by the stairs while naked and now freezing, i complained to her about the steam room. Long and short story I was told to leave as I didn't look like I was going to to satisfied with her hammam and my money was returned back to me. Worst experience ever, even worse because I came all the way from Surrey. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK. I DON'T recommend this establishment to anyone.
