Google Bad Review (2): My 86 year old, partially sighted, mum had an appointment with you at 12:45 today and turned up at 12:35 – 10 minutes early – only to be told that her appointment was at 12:30 and, as she was late, the optician wouldn't see her. This was very upsetting as she had gone out in the cold for the appointment only to be turned away. She was very distressed and went home to find the appointment card – her appointment was definitely for 12:45. She felt so strongly about it that she made another trip to take the card back to show the receptionist who admitted it was in her writing and that she'd made a mistake. She offered my mum another appointment, which she refused – can't say I blame her. Even if my mum HAD been five minutes late, what a horrible way to treat an elderly disabled person. If I didn't live in Spain, I would come in to personally complain. Shame on you!
