Google Bad Review 1: A Firm based in Downham Way that did not advise its client at Shroffold Rd of get survey of property and boundary issues but was more interested in sell the property and was overpriced to £400k, plus that they have a driveway but it's a slope infront.
More so it has now be proven that APX misled their client as she is now fix her lproperty re damp, poor no insulation in home, no driveway and that they lied misled her of boundery as she establish it is her right not left and just put new fencing up etc and spoke to other neighbour's who confirmed
APX lied misinformed her .. TERRIBLE ESTATE AGENCY.has now
