Google Bad Review: I had booked an Aptal East Apartment on NYE for £230 it was called a ‘Executive penthouse suite’ and as it said it had city views and other qualities I didn’t mind paying a little extra than I normally would. However upon arrival I asked to look around my room first as I wasn’t sure they had correctly advertised and the manager didn’t even know what room we where staying in. The room was very small with no view over the building opposite let alone a city view and just wasn’t at all as it was displayed. They didn’t charge me but I was then miles from home on NYE with no where to stay.
If you are looking for somewhere nice in the area the Novotel on Canary Wharf is brilliant and offers every service the Aptal East say they do.
