But he will not have any contact with you and if you contact him after wasting time, he will irresponsibly say that he has already ordered the parts for repair, and he will notice after repair, so you should get notice after repair. What??? Why he didn't ask me after diagnosis and even whether it will further progress or not?

If the parts are replaced and the problem is not solved, you will be disappointed again, and you will be angry about his attitude and skills as an unprofessional as well as the time you spent on this repair.
