Google Bad Review 1: Having booked i received an e mail 2 weeks before my stay saying that I was being moved to a sister hotel across town. No explanation. I called, still no explanation. Really, really poor customer service.

Google Bad Review (2): I'm honestly so disappointed, rarely do I write negative reviews, but the deplorable service/treatment myself and my fiance received whilst spending Valentine's day here warrants it entirely. We were allocated a room on the 6th floor which in itself was no issue, however upon arrival immediately the cold temperature of the room was an issue. Even after adjusting the thermostat to the highest temperature the room was still frigid. The hotel desk informed us that there was nothing more they could do and offered complimentary blankets. We decided to order some food from the kitchen in hopes that this would improve the evening. Lo and behold the food was awful, the sea bass was dry, the salmon terakiyi was even drier, and the octopus was manageable at best. All 3 dishes were sent back, and again no sort of recompense was offered.
This was just the beginning, however, as the evening progressed a draft became apparent. And was so bad that for long periods of the night it was audible, I recorded this and went to the desk demanding a room change and was promptly told that nothing could be done to remedy this situation. Finally, we opted to leave early the next morning after enjoying little to no sleep.
As a young business professional, who works in the city I'd advise any prospective onlookers to go elsewhere!
