Google Bad Review 1: Appalling. Worst experience ever. I'm a landlord. Was happy with them a few years then their team seemed to change and the service became shameful. First incident they tried to charge me around two grand for damage their tenant caused. Second when I began the process of selling the flat they didn't respond to my request for access for an agent to value the property for a few weeks. Finally after loads of emailing and threatening them with legal action and honest reviews they arranged access. The agent showed up to a locked door and no apex rep. They haven't responded to messages and calls to mobiles or landline all day. Absolutely unbelievable. Cowboys. DO NOT USE APEX.

Google Bad Review (2): I tried not put this review, but I have to do now. Because so long time Apex housing solutions refuse fix these awful conditions.
Broken bed broken furniture, broken kitchen hob are not dumped, carpet is used looks like more than 10 years.
I asked them to fix when I moved in, they came to check how is it. I waited some weeks, and I asked again , when they replacement carpet. But they ignored for long time.
I chanced to how it goes, they said they need to come to check, so again they came, but they starting ignoring again. When they answered my phone or email, they said again they need to come. This has been so long I needed to let them check again again again again again and again for same thing.
I asked Westminster Environmental health. Apex housing solutions and landlord company Leo Newman got OFFICIAL WORNING from Environmental office.
I sent them pictures more than 15 times but still not fixing at all.
Even children understand that they are not honest.
Actually they are shadow company for Leo Newman. If you are struggle for live in Apex's property , worth try to email to Leo Newman in North London, not telephone call. To make evidence they also don't do anything even tell them.
