Google Bad Review 1: I wish I could give them 0 stars. The only good experience we had was with Ryan (Lettings agent). Apart from him, the property manager we were assigned didn’t communicate ANYTHING we sent to the owners. More importantly, Scott McKenzie (head of property management) is an absolute SCAM. He lied to me on the phone about a 60 day notice we were given from the landlords to move out so they could sell the property. He forced us to pay several weeks extra of rent and refused to confess to his lies and mistakes. I’d recommend not dealing with this Anthony Martin branch.
EDIT – in response to this ridiculous response to my review. Scott doesn’t seem to understand that he lied to me on the phone about a 60 day notice to leave. I tried to save myself a bit of money because the owners requested we move out. REGARDLESS of whether or not they allowed to leave even earlier, Scott lied and cost me an extra 2 weeks of rent. So, your recommendation on the phone was not in line with my rental agreement and you were okay to allow it to screw me over. Oddly enough, Scott admitted this mistake to HomeLet, but continues to act like he’s done nothing wrong

Google Bad Review (2): This is intended to be an honest review and not a bitter one. My experience with these guys wasn’t so good. I made an offer on a property for sale by phone without seeing the property as it was fully booked. My offer was ignored and not put forward to the vendor and by the time I had convinced them it was a serious offer it was too late the vendor had accepted another offer which was actually lower than mine. Some could say I was put on the backbench. And to clarify my offer was made before the other one which was accepted. Feel a bit let down but respects to the vendor for not guzumping! Hope you guys can learn from this as it could be seen as selective selling.
