Google Bad Review: the first time i encountered this company the owner tried to rent out this illegal property to my daughter in Bow last year
only now after the pitful service they have provided i remember how bad they are!!
I read some really bad reviews about this agency but I thought I should give it a chance the receptionist was really nice and helpful my first impression was that maybe the reviews were dated and they might not be such a bad company. I THOUGHT WRONG.
the manager annand is so rude he had no consideration for me or my family.
he was late to the viewing and kept hanging up my calls. he refused to give me directions
when i got to the address i was told by the landlord that the company annandvilla have no right to show the property anymore.
not only did he not show up to the viewing but couldnt apologise for wasting mine and my families time.
this is possibly the worst company i have ever come into contact with and judging by previous reviews it shouldnt even be open anymore.
SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
I am a very busy man and i never take the time to leave reviews but since the manager didnt want to respond to my email and apologise i had to warn everyone else.
