Google Bad Review 1: Been a nightmare from the get go! Spoke to columbo, who said he could sign me up for my course and postpone payments until August, however payment was taken a few days later and from the wrong card! I emailed him and was basically fobbed off and told to ring customer services and hope they could sort it!
Also I was told i could access my course instantly however after days off emailing and chasing my course isn't even through Animal courses direct its through Learn Direct! Wish I would have just gone through Learn Direct to begin with I haven't even managed to start my course yet!

Google Bad Review (2): Totally mislead to joining a course too which a “2 week cooling off period” was not communicated. Have made several attempts to have this investigated however have received no response and are continuing to take the monthly payments despite having evidence that the information I received, had no mention of a cooling off period. Would avoid using this company at all costs.
