Google Bad Review 1: This restaurant is way over priced for what it is! Food is average! We paid cash and the waiter assumed the change was his tip!!! He kept thanking us when we haven't said keep the change! Service charge was included in the bill and yet he just thanked us without even leaving the 30 odd pounds on the table! He didn't have the change on him, he simply pocketed it and thanked us!!!

Google Bad Review (2): Given 1 star for the moment I stepped out of this restaurant.
I have been here last 2017 with my friends, I would say that was the most exciting and best customer service I had. So I was excited to bring my mum here to have dinner.
However, I was disappointed for tonight service (02.02.19). It was the most horrendous, unpleasant and it ruin the entire evening I have planned for treating my mum.
At 18:15 we were shown our table, our order were taken at 18:20, which is for me, a very quick especially for busy Saturday night. But I was wrong. Our drinks, which is only 1 glass of Coke and J2O, took the server approx. 31mins for it to be serve. Don't get me wrong, at 18:30 I follow up that if we could have our drinks, which I was told “be patient”, so I settled and took consideration that is is busy. Exactly 18:49, the server came back to our table and said ‘your drink was not been registered, so the lady who was making the drink didn't have your drink order'.
Still it didn't bother me at all, as it is a night out with my mum.
At 19:11 our food arrived, and guess what, the order of my mum was wrong, instead of getting garden peas (mushy peas), she received mashed potato, the chips that was served was re-fried (you can tell whether a fries is freshly cook or re-fried).
At 19:25, I asked the server if we could get the bill for it to be settle and leave. Upon checking the bill, we were completely given a wrong bill, which is composed of 2 wine and 1 Guinness, some mains and some wings. My mum asked the server if he is ok as it seems he is not happy to serve us and his focus is not there.
He came back with a new receipt, and guess what, the quantity printed were multiplied by 2, what I meant is that, 2x coke, which we only had 1. He then left and ask his colleague to change it.
I am so happy that the service charge is ‘0' because if there is I will ask them to remove it. When we left I made a complaint to the manager on the ground floor, on which he was apologetic, however, a mere apologies for me, is not enough, it ruined the night out planned. I explained to him, that I am not seeking compensation or any refund, as the money is not a problem but a night out I planned for my mum especially it is our first night out.
This would be my last visit to this store, and I will tell my family and friends not to come here anymore to avoid disappointment.
