Google Bad Review 1: Went there to see what they could do for my hearing and they were closed…OK no problem, will go back another time or so I thought, but not now I have received a parking ticket. If this is there way of getting new customers they won't last long and they won't be getting me as a customer.

Google Bad Review (2): I received an expensive and very poor service on my Resound 9 hearing aids.
The review of my hearing conditions was poor and I did not receive as expected a due report. Arrogant attitude to customers. Recalibration of the hearing aids (120£) required to send the devices to manufacturer (?). When returned to me the left hearing aid is not connecting any more to my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the presence of a strong feedback is a stable condition. In the end I discovered that the hearing aids returned to me are not even my hearing aids. For £ 200 I was expecting something better.
