Google Bad Review 1: If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. I arrived on time for my appointment, waited for at least 20 mins until the nail “artist” came back from her break, which I didn’t mind at all. I was told on the phone that the gel manicure would cost £25, which I agreed to. The nail artist did not know how to do any nail art and refused to give me tips because “it takes a lot of time.” The gel polish itself was very old and very bad quality, I went for a pastel rainbow nail look but the end result looked like the wish version of the Pinterest picture I showed for reference. And to top it all off, they tried to play the confusion game and get me to pay £35 for a “manicure” that my 7 year old nephew could have done a better job. When I stood my ground and insisted that I was told it would be £25 on the phone they backtracked and tried to get me to come back for a pedicure because they “ordered a better gel set and it should be here next week.” All in all very subpar, would absolutely not recommend wasting your time and money in this place, but a gel set and get it done at home it will be much more worth it. I am never one to usually write negative reviews or say anything less than kind to service providers but this was an absolute piss take. Please do not get scammed in this place, it really isn’t worth your visit.

Google Bad Review (2): Guys, never NEVER use this hair salon. The lady who cut my hair didn't have any idea what she's doing. Since I walked in to the salon she wasn't happy that she has to work. I guess she preferred to stay on her phone. In the middle of trimming my hair the trimmer when out of battery. I had to multiple times tell her what do to as I only saw how she was messing up my hair. Im super unhappy from the service. Never going there again. Just awful
