Google Bad Review 1: I booked an LVL appointment with Emma at the Angel of beauty by Emma in February 2020 and I had the most awful experience. I have had the LVL treatment for many years so I know how the process works every time I get my lashes done. Emma firstly called me to ask me to come to the appointment earlier which was absolutely fine. As soon as she started the lifting process, she didn't use a tool to lift my lashes, instead, she was using her fingers. I thought this was quite odd because you need to use the tool to grab the lashes by the root. LVL lashes treatment tend to last from 45 minutes to 1 hour and on her Treatwell page, it says an hour service however my treatment only lasted 35 mins. She rushed the appointment and the treatment and as a result, my lashes are not lifted. I was honest with her and told her my lashes didn't look lifted but she made many excuses and said my lashes were short. She suggested that I come back in 2 months instead of fixing it whilst I was there. What was worst, she put me as a ‘no show' on Treatwell so I was unable to give my honest verified review.
I made a formal complaint to Treatwell about my experience and Emma refused to give me a refund and lied and said I was late for my appointment. This is absolutely unprofessional. I have never experienced such rude, dishonest and poor customer service. I would never recommend Emma and her salon. Please avoid at all costs!

Google Bad Review (2): The lady was not helpful at all and was a bit rude with me. My appoinment was at 1:30pm for eyelash classic extension but I called her at 1:36pm she didnt answer the phone, she said was with another client, but how can I arrive as soon as possible if she doesnt pick up the phone?
She called me back at 1:44pm and when I arrived she told me I arrived late. Of course I arrived late because she answer me late!!
So she told me I have to pay again for the booking!
I have been in so many beauticians and they usually can wait 10 min, but for her you need to arrive on time, so be careful to know where is exactly the location if not they will make you book again!
