Google Bad Review 1: Mr Weidong, DingDog is a businessman, and cares nothing about you except the money. I had a massage a few days ago, he stuck some needles into me and walked off as the phone was going off, half the needles dropped out, when he came in he started shouting to me about me moving whilst he's on the phone, and stuck the needles again harder. He came back after saying he'll be back in 10 minutes but returned after 30 minutes. Massage was okay… However at the end of the treatment he pulled out the calculator and started showing me numbers and prices. I explained I had paid for parking which was expired, however he said I must listen to him and he needs the details to open my account. He has zero shame

Google Bad Review (2): I d give less after today's shambles if I could ! Usually I do groupon in this very expensive metropolis, some of them good, some less brilliant I do realise it's s tough competition but never really had any concerns abt Eastern practices, I usually admire them. Not this one, so disappointing… Booked 30min acupuncture and reflexology. on my day off being very local was was easy to arrive in time in off peak time. Yet chap said its a bit of delay. Which I hate to hear especially that I ve left my nice lunch to get this over with before peak time kick in. Asked him how long to wait? 10min? No He says 20. I expressed its not a bit of delay is it now and its just not right, wasn't happy. Then he says 30 min. Which one is it now I asked. Then he summoned me back 30min later. When I came back, was given a note book with others prev clients confidential details name dob and email and phone number!! So GDPR is nothing in decade of data protection?! Very concerning… plus he coughed on the pen before he wanted to give it to me so I had to politely refuse it and use mine haha. I was left alone again with that book coz someone apperantly can't get dressed fast or heck knows I, wasn't told what is the delay again.
My session started 40min later in the end (no apologies, no nothing) yet didn't last 60 min in total. Place wasn't calm, some woman squealed and chatted in the other room very loudly whilst I had the needles, very unrelaxing.
Chap came back 30min later although he said it will be 15mim this session. He never used the alcoholic wipes on my skin either which I know it ought to be used prior .
Then he sent the massaeur in however she left shortly after all she did is moving the bed. That's it and was left alone again for minutes, heard hubbub outside, chit chatting. Then bloke comes in saying he will do the massage.
I buy so many groupons I honestly forgot in these stressing circumstances it s half reflexology half acupuncture I paid for.
He asked me what my issues are upon arrival but in the end all I got is back massage which I must admit was rather good but none of my hamstrings which I mentioned twice to him prior were tackled.
What's the point of running these deals I say if u r not capable of organising yrself? He redeemed the voucher as soon as I called them to book so he ought to see what is for?! And I also mentioned my legs yet I got is back massage.
No apologies no offers no discounts mentioned at the end due the delay so I just walked out very disappointed I won't return ever. Maybe he is good indeed but he didn't impress me I'm afraid. Not right. Not following GDPR is more concerning actually than 40min delay and saying nothing?! And I had to come home in the mad rush hour so disgusting.
Groupon customer service kindly refunded me partially as a good will gesture but really the merchant should be offering that…
