Google Bad Review 1: If I could give 0 stars I would, honestly don't bother going anywhere near this place.
The only half competent member of staff is Jack, and he is the guy who gets you to sign up with them, then you get dumped with the people who talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Having said that, they don't even come across as being half professional on the phone. When they pick up the phone they sound really bored or they're either in the middle of some office banter.
We know for a fact, that they use the term “we're still waiting to hear back from the landlords” to us as tenants, (every time we had a problem or something needed fixing) when actually they hadn't even bothered contacting the landlords, as we were later in touch with the landlords directly and they knew nothing about issues we'd had with the property until months after we had reported them!
This year has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life!
Ann is the Manager there and she is one of the most condescending people I have ever had the misfortune to come across, we got put with Tara after joining and she seemed to only pick emails up once a month. Then got dumped with Avneet who was just dreadful, didn't acknowledge any responsibility when I pulled her up over her shortcomings and HER responsibility of being our agent! I even requested to deal through someone else and she didn't even bother replying to the email.

Google Bad Review (2): Disgusted with unprofessionalism and arrogance of their employees . Gave them offer to the property i was going to rent with one condition, that it will be minimum 2 year contract .They agreed, wasted my time to go through all referencing procedure .Then showed up with one year contract and telling me that its ok like that .No,Mr Nathan its not ok.Im still waiting for my deposit you were very quick to take but not as quick to give back.
