Google Bad Review 1: Very bad, its been to years since they managed a proper that i was renting, I paid 6 months up front, then after 3 months the landlord reduced the rental cost By £50 so she could put the house on the market, So the letting agent that was the management company should have paid me back the reduction that was offered to me in writing back, Its been over 18months and I'm still waiting after many emails etc, I would never use this company agin to rent a property from or let a property star rating is -5 i had to give then one star if i didn't it would publish my review……………

Google Bad Review (2): Really pushy for making decision straight after viewing, if you don't decide when they want – as you need maybe few days(another viewings etc) they will tell you that the property is already rented (even if its not true) and you can find the flats still available on all platforms like rightmove and zoopla plus on their own website without “let agreed” so it's still available! ..
