Google Bad Review 1: Very bad, its been to years since they managed a proper that i was renting, I paid 6 months up front, then after 3 months the landlord reduced the rental cost By £50 so she could put the house on the market, So the letting agent that was the management company should have paid me back the reduction that was offered to me in writing back, Its been over 18months and I'm still waiting after many emails etc, I would never use this company agin to rent a property from or let a property star rating is -5 i had to give then one star if i didn't it would publish my review……………

Google Bad Review (2): Very bad costumer service and rude behaviour from the employees, doesn't maintain the property, ignoring the phone calls and the concerns. Holding the deposit for no reason.
