Google Bad Review 1: August 2021 experience:
We decided after last year's experience we would give them a try but won't buy any extras. So just got a Service and MOT done.
The service was completed but when our car was returned I found a couple of tears in the driver seat, one small poke like and another a slice like a tear. I think it was probably done by a technician working in the car by accident.
I spoke to them they asked me call back when the manager was in, I called again they asked me to come in, I went in and showed them and they said they would call me back the following week after taking a photo of it. They said they'll investigate and let me know what may have happened.
No call back, no email just ignored my complaint – I've waited 2 weeks now. Its a small tear but is very quickly going to develop and I'm going to have to replace or get the car seat fixed at my own cost after it looks like Ancaster have done it during the service & MOT process.
It's worth noting that I found a post-it note in the car of the Ancaster drivers personal (or side business) email and password – I destroyed it.
I won't be going to them again and will be complaining directly to head office about this issue – small issue I know but after last year's issue and then now they damage my car and don't care, I'm sorry I gave them another chance.
June 2020 experience:
They offered us a clean of the vehicle for £25 in conjunction with our yearly service. The car was not cleaned properly, I went back in to ask what they did and was fobbed off being told the clean is for the air filters and they are so busy that they don't have time to even hoover the boot or valet the car (not my problem if they are busy we paid for a clean). I think this is appalling as my wife was told when we booked it that they also clean the car as part of the “Sani-clean”.
However the yearly service they completed this as they usually do without any issues.
I recommend NOT ever paying for any extras with them and also don't sign up for the service plan as from this experience it would seem they want your business but if you've already paid for a service they'll only do the minimum job.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible experience don't ever take your car to Nissan they will tell you they've repaired your car and when it doesn't work for the same reason you took it there in the first place you will have to pay more or worse they won't refund your money back. I have made a complaint and they have no compassion for their customers. I have lost over £2500, which they are refusing to refund me . Absolutely disgusting I have had to now buy a new car as the car was still having the same problems even after Nissan supposedly repaired it.
