Google Bad Review 1: The contact with the contact, was very limited……it took ages to get duplicate keys, and instead of leaving an email for me, or an SMS, I received messages on my iphone, which were not very helpful. It probably took about 4 months to get the duplicate keys, and to be honest I did not receive satisfactory feedback as to the reasons for the delay. When the keys arrived there was another message……SMS or email would have been better. Booking up was difficult, and my contact seemed the only one to be able to deal with this at the welling dealership. In the end I made an arrangement, and there was no one to wash the car, as promised. It was washed in the end, however I was promised it would be cleaned inside…..it was not cleaned inside, and the parking ticket was just where it had been when I left the car there. All in all, a tremendous location, nice newly fitted building, but very expensive, and there was minimal customer service. No one suggested that I could sit down and wait, nobody suggested that I could help myself to teas and coffees…….this is BASIC customer service. I just happened to discover them……for heavens sake get some staff who are properly trained, or even have the basic understanding of customer service! For the price I paid, it was a very poor service.
