Google Bad Review 1: Very bad experience with them they got 65£ to check my steering wheel and they still didn’t find what it was. I asked my mate that’s he’s mechanic to see it the steering pump belt was wrong side , how they didn’t see that ? It’s so obvious , also been waiting for a call for months now from Ford never got back to me

Google Bad Review (2): Booked my car in for service express service(1hr) for 09.00, my car wasn't done until 13.00, no apology or explanation, my car was not washed or vac either.
My car is 2019 focus and the key fob does not open properly, when I informed them they stated that it's most like the spring and this is not covered under warranty, and I would have to replace the whole key for £231.50 plus VAT .
They also quoted me for some other items which they said they would email to me and one week later still or email or quote. One of my electic window switch plastic had come away, and instead of replacing it they just quoted .
The reason I bought a new car was for peace of mind, but unfortunately Allen ford failed to deliver and I felt they just wanted to make more money from me instead of providing customer care twith a vehicle one year old still under warranty.
**Update 21/07/20**
I was called by a lady on the phone today due to my review and started saying why did I leave a bad review, I tried to explain to her but she kept cutting me off and didn't seem bothered about my customer experience and concerns but about the reputation of the branch. I had to tell her that this conversation isn't going anywhere and politely stated that it's best if we just end as she became argumentative.
The particular lady I remember on the day of my service, was on the phone to her friend talking about buying a new German car and it has to be a automatic, not good publicity for customers waiting and can clearly hear everything.
