As you never get back to me regarding our issues I thought I would see if you look at your google reviews, sorry if you see this as exposing your companies downfalls.
As you know, we’ve been having a multitude of issues with all 3 of our aircons at our Chigwell branch. To start with when we had the machines installed the wiring was being held together with electrical tape round a terminal block, rather than a proper box with sealing glands etc. When the wires did come loose, we then had to pay an electrician out of our own pockets to see why there wasn’t power going to the unit upstairs, he was shocked to see how unsafe the work was and how it had been carried out.
Our second issue was with our Daikin Unit. Two PCB boards failed, one on the inside unit and one in the inverter. It took 3 visits from your engineers to fix the issue, first off only 1 board arrived and the engineer had no clue he was there to replace two boards, second visit one of the boards was missing a plug, 3rd visit the issue was finally resolved. Leaving us without an aircon on our shop floor for nearly 3 weeks over some of the hottest days of the year.
Our final issues have been regarding the smell coming from our downstairs Mitsubishi air con, 3 separate engineers have had a look at the unit, fins have been cleaned multiple times, yet the issue persists.
The last engineer who looked at the unit felt the pump wasn’t adequate for the task it needed to do, he recommended that we changed the pump for a different model as it was leaving water in the machine. When discussed, it was suggested this pump would have to be replaced at our expense. As yet, we don’t have a fully operational air conditioning unit operating to a satisfactory standard since the original install date. Could you please confirm that it is indeed a different pump that’s required to get this unit working as intended, and confirm this work will be completed at no additional cost to ourselves as the currently installed equipment was not up to the task?
Regarding the recent invoice sent to us for works to service and make good the unit in the downstairs office, we suspect this to have been sent in error. As previously mentioned, the unit has not yet been operational as intended since install.
Please let me know when we can get this all sorted.
