Google Bad Review: Absolutely disgrace of a company management rude and left days with out care with no food or water I am a bedbound disabled person who needs hoisting and full time powerchair user. When live in carers do turn up they decide to walk out without letting me know. My fridge/ freezer deliberately turned off so was without food that was bought by myself fresh butcher meat £40 worth. I have a service training puppy I’m Training myself which they have complained is taking up there time I am hardwork that the carers would rather work with easier old lady sat in a chair or bedbound not needing to do anything the company were aware of the complex of my needs had no management out to assess my needs. The company is neglectful and dangerous do not use under any circumstances you could end up dead in there hands of care.
