Google Bad Review (2): I enquired regarding a property with Alex Neil agency. I immediately got a call back from Daniel who informed me the property had gone but he did have another one that we could view immediately. I organised with my friend who could leave work early to view the property at 6:45.
We got to the property in the pouring rain and waited until 6:55 (as traffic was bad). I then tried to call the agency. We were told Daniel was on his way….2 minutes later I was called back saying Daniel had been at the property but we were not there and so he had left to go to another viewing!! I do not like being lied to as we were there at 6:45 and therefore could not of missed him.
We were outside in the pouring rain after both travelled a while to get there after work. I also had a txt message to confirm the booking at 18:45 as well as an email (both sent earlier on that day).
I am very dissapointed with this, It was very inconsiderate and Daniel also had my mobile number and could have called. I do not usually leave bad reviews but this was completely unacceptable.
I will not be going any further with this agency!
