Google Bad Review 1: This used to be a great vet, but sadly the service is now appalling. Hermani is rude and incompetent and shouldn't be working in the reception. She doesn't care if your dog lives or dies or how sick they are, she will turn you away if they don't have any free appointments. I have now found a much better vet in Chiswick with the compassion and care that my pets deserve.

Google Bad Review (2): I'd swerve this one if I were you. I called twice about my new kitten's follow up vaccination. The first time the receptionist didn't know the cost as only the vets knew that and they weren't in.
The second time I didn't even get that far as I was told they aren't taking on new patients. Why did the first one waste my time ringing back?
Don't bother contacting them as the receptionists sounded like they should be stacking supermarket shelves. What a bunch of amateurs. Pity as I used to come to this vet quite a lot with previous cats but they have clearly gone downhill. Can't help noticing other recent negative reviews.
