Google Bad Review 1: The start of the tenancy was all fine and everything run smoothly. . However I moved out a month ago (4 days early ) and still have not received the rent for those 4 days that is owed to them despite the landlord promptly paying it. I had to even sort out my deposit return directly with the landlord as the property manager was inefficient and did not deal with mine or the landlords enquires. Such a shame as the office staff Natasha and Shayna at the start of the tenancy provided such a great service and it has been spoilt by delays and lies by others at the end. BE VERY WEARY

Google Bad Review (2): It is an unfortunate facet of lettings agents in London, but high demand means they can treat you as expendable. This is very much the case with Alan de Maid Bromely.

Twice we attempted to view a flat advertised. The first time, with only 15 minutes to go to the viewing they left a message saying it was cancelled due to an offer. The agent sounded upbeat and chipper, did not use the words “I apologise” or “Unfortunately” but just stated the fact and hung up. When the house returned to the market some days later and we tried to arrange a viewing they offered me a slot five days away – despite my pushing to come see it immediately. By the next morning they said they said it was gone.

It was apparent to me they were not really interested in helping us, and that we had been wasting out time. Their commitment to putting the customer first is questionable, and their overall attitude is poor.

I wouldn't recommend.
