Confirmed: National Car Rental Reservation at RUSSELL SQUARE

Booked the car for 2 weeks over website and received email confirming reservation with confirmation number.
Once in the pffice -it was told it is not REALLY CONFIRMED -so no car.
Totally unprofessional ,dont give a xxxx attitude who only wanted even more money.
Due to lack of cars at last minute had to spend another £ 1000.00 to get another vehicle.
Will not be lazy and will write full letter to HQ with all evidence.
