Google Bad Review 1: Very disappointing. After months of waiting to ‘dine in’, we were put outside in the back, freezing and waited well over an hour for food. Apparently the booking was made outside, it wasn’t, but even so, don’t forget about your customers. No apologies. A promise of a move inside which never happened.
The waiting staff kept getting locked out.
Shambles.
What a shame.

Google Bad Review (2): Went during a not too busy lunch service between xmas and new year. Among many gripes. 1. couldn't serve a coke other than flat 2. forgot wife's wine (“its coming”, some 15 mins after other drinks were served) 3. lasagne – over-sauced molten slop you needed a spoon to eat it with – some may like it that way though. 4. Waiter sprayed the pepper mill all over my lap as well as over my lasagne slop (wife and I sniggered at this stage) 5. kids chicken milanese was cremated and chewy. Wife's lamb chops were insipid. Good coffee though and ok garlic bread.
Perhaps nonna franco needs to come round to my place to see how a decent lasagne is made.
One for the dolmio crowd.
